|1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (such as Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats)|
|1 cup milk|
|1 cup water|
|1/8 teaspoon kosher salt|
|1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon|
|1 teaspoon honey|
|Desired toppings (such as sliced almonds, peanut butter, or fresh fruit)|
- Combine oats, milk, water, salt, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Divide equally between two bowls. Drizzle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon honey. Add additional desired toppings and serve.

|1 cup brown sugar|
|2 teaspoons ground cinnamon|
|2 teaspoons baking powder|
|1 teaspoon salt|
|1 cup milk|
|½ cup melted butter|
|2 teaspoons vanilla extract|
|¾ cup dried cranberries|
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir in dried cranberries. Spread into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until top is golden, about 40 minutes.
